Earn and collect rewards
How community allocations and campaign rewards are earned and collected.
Share in early-exit penalties
An active position that has not matured can receive Community rewards when another position locking the same token exits early, but its eligibility must begin before the exit block. Flexible and No early exit locks both qualify. An unexpired extension preserves eligibility age, while reviving an expired position starts a new cohort for later blocks. Up to 90% of the principal penalty is split by actual principal at the time of the exit. When eligible principal is smaller than the source position's principal, the total Community allocation shrinks in the same proportion. Lock duration does not multiply this share. A position created or revived in the exit block earns nothing from that allocation.
A Community allocation unlocks once both commitments have matured: your position and the source position that exited early. The source keeps its original maturity for this calculation. Extending your position can postpone existing allocations.
The source position was due to mature on day 90.
Position matures on day 30. The reward waits until day 90.
Position matures on day 120. Both commitments have matured by day 120.
Releasing principal at maturity preserves unclaimed allocations. Exiting early forfeits every unclaimed allocation, including unlocked ones. Anyone can later settle forfeited history in pages and recycle its reserved tokens into CONV buybacks or burning.
Open Community rewards
In Your positions, open Community rewards and select a position. Closed positions are included. Use the main position pagination or Find positions to reach another position.
Review the allocations
Earned includes pending, claimable and already claimed amounts on the displayed reward page. It excludes entries marked Forfeited. Each allocation shows the source position and its unlock date. Older rewards and Newer rewards keep every allocation reachable, with at most 64 exits per page.
Claim unlocked rewards
Claim community rewards pays the available allocations on this reward page to the position owner. Only the owner can submit the claim. Pending allocations stay recorded for a later claim. Principal release and campaign collection are separate actions.
Your share follows your commitment
Conviction weight is the locked amount multiplied by the full length of the current commitment. For the same token, 1,000 tokens locked for 360 days have twelve times the weight of 1,000 tokens locked for 30 days. Weight does not gradually shrink as the commitment ages.
While a campaign is paying, each position accrues its share according to its weight divided by the total recorded weight for that locked token. New locks, extensions and closed positions can change that share. A displayed campaign rate describes the shared reward pool, not your personal return.
Accrued is different from available
Accrued includes rewards still vesting and rewards available to collect, excluding amounts already paid. Rewards under the current commitment vest with time; extensions preserve amounts already vested.
An early exit now keeps 50 vested tokens available and forfeits the 50 still vesting.
- Collecting rewards leaves the principal and unlock date unchanged.
- An early exit forfeits the unvested share. It does not redistribute that share to remaining lockers; forfeits are reserved for the CONV removal mechanism.
- An extension preserves vested amounts and carries the unvested balance into the restarted commitment.
- At maturity, accrued rewards are fully vested. Recorded earning weight is cleared when the position is released or synchronized; maturity alone does not execute that update.
Collect what is available
Open a position's reward details to review each reward token, the available amount and the amount still vesting. Use Collect to send available rewards to your wallet. Batch collection is offered when multiple positions on the loaded page have rewards.
